Ja’Marr Chase picks Malik Nabers as NFL’s next superstar

Ja’Marr Chase sees a former LSU wide receiver following a recognized path toward NFL stardom.

The Cincinnati Bengals star was asked which young receiver currently in the league he believes will become a superstar.

“There’s a lot of young, incredible talent out there, but I’d have to go with Malik Nabers,” Chase wrote to USA Today Sports in conjunction with the release of his Fabletics collection.

Their shared LSU background admittedly played a role in Chase’s choice, but his reasoning went beyond school ties.

“Obviously him playing for LSU is a plus, but I respect someone who is out there hustling, showing their drive, never letting up, always wanting to be the best,” Chase wrote. “That’s what you need to be the best in this league.”
