FORECAST HIGHLIGHTS

  • LATE-SEASON STRETCH: Wednesday could be our 6th day in a row at or near 100° for many

  • THURSDAY RAIN CHANCE: 20% shot at showers Thursday afternoon

  • PATTERN SHIFT: By Monday, less-hot, rain chances

FORECAST

THURSDAY RAIN CHANCE

A surge of moisture on Thursday is forecast to give us a few showers. Rain chances are low, but the added cloud cover and humidity will bring temperatures down a few degrees.

PATTERN SHIFT NEXT WEEK

This is our last full week of summer (fall officially begins on Tuesday) and this late-season stretch of heat has been record-setting. We’re watching the ‘heat high’ linger through the week and could shift next weekend. While it may not move through, it could be enough to stir up some isolated showers and storms.
